This from veteran and iconic broadcaster Edward Murrow, former director of the United States Information Agency:

“To be persuasive, we must be believable; to be believable, we must be credible; to be credible, we must be truthful.”

 

Surely this is the perfect definition for what defines good, accountable, meaningful public relations?
